One of the most southern parts of Italy is the region of Calabria, a beautiful peninsula also known as the “toe” of Italy. This is also the area where the Peperoncini Calabresi grows. The nice fruity, smoke and warm heat the chili gives is unique and super delicious.

In this pesto you will find the warm heat of Peperoncini and the delicate perfume of basil with the nice umami punch of 24 month old Parmigiano Reggiano.

INGREDIENTS:

Red bell peppers, Tomato puree, Basil paste (Basil, sunflower seed oil, salt), Parmigianno reggiano DOP (Milk), red Tropea onion, double concentrated tomato paste, garlic, pinenuts, Smoked seasalt, red chili pepper flakes.

Can contain traces of sesame, tree nuts, peanuts.
