Tortelli with Zucca (Pumpkin) is one of the most classic dishes you will find on menus in Northern Italy. Made classically by the Nonna (Grandmother) and just finished with some butter and fresh herbs and this is a mouthwatering pasta.

Combining roasted pumpkin, vertically farmed basil, Italian almonds and Parmigiano Reggiano DOP makes a pesto that feels like the Nonna herself gives you a hug and a plate of pasta and you feel like you are in the North of Italy.

Extra virgin olive oil, Basil paste (Basil, sunflower seed oil, salt), Almonds (Nut), Parmigiano Reggiano DOP (Milk), Garlic, salt.

Can contain traces of sesame, tree nuts, peanuts.
